UJA Day School Tuition Fund
Emet has partnered with UJA to provide up to $40,000 in scholarships for families transferring from public or secular private school to Emet.
  • $18,000 per child entering grades 5-8
  • $20,000 per child entering grades 9-12
The qualifications:
  • Public school families transferring to Emet in grades 5-12
  • Total family income of less than $350,000
Once you begin your application to Emet, the admissions team will reach out to assist with applying for the UJA fund. Applications are considered on a first-come, first-serve basis. The deadline to apply is March 12.

  • Start the Application
    Fill out student information and complete the parent essay
  • Schedule an Assessment
    Applicants are invited for a school visit which includes a student assessment, a tour of the facilities, and family/student interviews. No preparation is necessary.
  • Academic Records
    Upload current and prior school year transcripts
  • Letters of Recommendation
    Submit two letters from prior teachers.
Assessment Dates
As part of the application process, we ask candidates to sign up for a visit that includes a tour of the facilities, family/student interviews, and a student assessment. No studying or preparation is necessary. These visits are approximately two hours in length and take place on Wednesday mornings from 8-10am.
